You need to tell us a bit more information. What OS are you using? What version of Thunderbird are you using?

If you get an error message please post an image of the error message.

Are you using the outlook server ?

In Thunderbird Help > Troubleshooting Information Scroll down to 'Mail and News Accounts section Copy all the data in that section and paste it into this forum question reply text box.
