Thunderbird suddenly no longer downloading POP3 mail
[Thunderbird 128.6.0esr, onm Mac OS Sequoia 15.2]
Today, Thunderbird stopped downloading any mail from my POP3 account.
I tried shutting down Thunderbird, deleting the <global-messages-db.sqlite> file, then restarting Thunderbird to create a fresh, re-indexed <global-messages-db.sqlite> file. Thunderbird still not downloading any messages.
I logged into webmail for the account, and deleted any messages not already downloaded, in case any were corrupted. I waited for new mail to arrive, and then restarted Thunderbird to see if it would download those mails. Thunderbird still not downloading any messages.
Any suggestions?

Any error message when you try to download new messages? How big is your Inbox folder? Open the "Activity Manager" window via Tools? What does the Error Console say (Tools > Developer Tools > Error Console)?

Aha!
The Error Console is showing security certificate errors. My host is supposed to automatically renew the certificate, but perhaps they have not. I will contact them.
Thanks for the help @Mapenzi.
