Why does Firefox claim a plugin is crashing whenever I'm on Gaiaonline?

I play Gaiaonline from time to time and I crash nearly every time I go in it with Firefox, it tells me the problem is a Firefox plugin crash but I have no idea which or why. When I'm on Gaiaonline and I go into Towns and try to open other windows, minimize different windows or maximize a separate window of Firefox, the whole thing freezes completely. It happens every time I go onto Gaiaonline town as if it can't handle the flash related to running Town and mulitask with anything else. Can someone please tell me which plugin is possibly causing this problem so I can reinstall it or if there's something else that needs to be done to prevent easy crashes?

Could a simple reinstallation of Adobe Flash make it work fine, or is this a problem that's continuous on my system no matter what I do or until fixed by Adobe themselves?
