while I wasn't looking a new fox tab installed itself and got rid of my beloved previout version and erased all my pages. how do I getg the old one back?

The new Fox tab feature got rid of my old fox tab and all of its pages. I didn't request the installation and have lost all of my links, I really want it back.

Thanks, I went in and disabled the new tab feature, and found my old one intact right there.
