I followed the links for the upgrade and when complete it stills comes up as the older version. Nothing on the Firefox 4 tour matches up.

This seems to happen sometimes.

To display the new interface, right-click in a blank area at the end of the menu bar and uncheck Menu Bar from the popup. You now should get the orange Firefox button. (Tap the Alt key to display the classic menu bar when needed.)

If you are not getting the new start page, you can delete your current home page from the options:

Tools > Options > General

I'm sure I'm forgetting something. What else doesn't seem right?
