After installing the newer version of flash player 10.3.181.14, My firefox 4 started crashing.

I used to get Flash player plugin crashed but my Firefox never crashed, and that problem was easily resolved by just refreshing that page. But now my Firefox crashes and i have to restart it. which is really frustrating. I have tried FF3, FF5 beta and the older version of flash player (10,2,159,1) and now i am used this old version but my firefox is still crashing regularly.
