It's location on the right hand side of the Search bar.

If you want to move it somewhere else, right click a blank part of the Tab bar and click Customize. A panel will open and while it remains visible, you can drag elements like toolbars and buttons around.

You can also remove anything you don't like by dragging it into the panel. Similarly, you can add to the existing layout by dragging items out of there.
