Why does my Firefox4 auto refresh all pages from the gov.on.ca and add # to the end of the url?

When I'm on any page in gov.on.ca my ff4 reloads the page after about 1 minute. Then it adds the # to the url. None of my co-workers have it happen to them. It even happens in SafeMode. The only thing that stops it is to turn off javascript. Have I made some custom change to FF that I'm not aware of? This even happens on my intranet pages with gov.on.ca extension.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
