Most likely this addon does not support the latest version of Firefox. There are some workarounds to unsupported addons, but the most user-friendly solution is to wait for the developer (Real) to update the addon in order to add compatibility. To "force" compatibility, try following the instructions in the article Re-enable add-ons that were disabled when updating Firefox
