How do I creating a new web page? I remember creating simple web pages in Mozilla, years ago, but can't find it now.

Years ago, I used to create simple html document pages with Mozilla. I think there used to be a pull down menu with very basic web page creation and composing features. It was very basic, but very intuitive. But, I can't seem to find that feature, now.

It existed back in Netscape, also.
