Cannot start Firefox after downloading version 8. I try uninstalling Firefox then re-install the new version 8. The same thing happen, I cannot start-up Firefox.

Hi frankdarnall,

Have you tried starting Firefox in Safe Mode? You can do this by holding down the Shift key while Firefox is starting. There are lots of good troubleshooting steps in the Knowledge Base article Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly). There is a section specific to crashes on startup.
