Netflix instant plays have always worked for me with Firefox. Now, they only play on Safari. I reinstalled Firefox, made sure all updates and minimum requirements weren't an issue - but the movies still won't play. Help?

We have a section for Fixing Facebook and YouTube issues, but I think your problem might benefit from these articles as well. The black screen specifically seems to be covered in the list of articles I linked you to.
