Whenever I have firefox maximised and I use the windows 7 taskbar to switch tab / switch from another program to firefox, it Un Maximises.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

I really should be clearer.. Ive already done all of that. That's the first thing I do every time, I come here when I'm out of ideas.
