You may be seeing this bug, although this should be fixed in Firefox 17:

  • bug 791526 - MathJax seems to fail on some (not all!) sites due to enablePrivilege removal
  • bug 468568 - [@font-face] printing pages with downloadable fonts doesn't render all fonts on the page

(please do not comment in bug reports)

You may have to make sure that you've install all required fonts locally to make this work properly.
