I have a Mac and I can't open firefox because it says "Profile Missing-Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible." Then I tried to delete it by moving it to trash and it says it cannot be moved to the trash.

Try to delete the profiles.ini file to force Firefox to create a new profiles.ini file and a new default profile.
- /Users/<user>/Library/Application Support/Firefox/profiles.ini

I can't find profiles.ini anywhere on my computer. I deleted all firefox information from my computer and still when I download firefox and try to open the application it still says "Profile Missing-Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible."
Create a new profile to check if your current profile is causing the problems.
See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
Tried everything.
Even the Genius Bar could not help. Can anyone help me please?

I have the same problem but I have XP. Says missing files. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and still not working. any ideas how to fix it? I cant even get to the tool bar to fix it.
thanks
Reinstalling won't help if there are problems with the current profile folder.
You need to launch the Profile Manager and create a new profile or check if there is a profiles.ini file and delete this file to force Firefox to create a new default profile.
Go up and look at dangerxdavid's post. Click on the link and follow the instructions. It's so easy even I could do it and It worked for me today.
