Then you are probably lucky or you may be uploading in quiet hours, so I don't think that anything is wrong and you have to accept the time it takes to upload the files.

hello, the time is probably determined by the upload rate of your internet connection (26secs for 2.7MB would relate to a rate of around 1 Mbps), you can check that at a site like www.speedtest.net.

The upload speed is usually less then the download speed, so that is probably correct.

Does this comply with the specifications from your ISP?
