Firefox keeps crashing when I am in my e-mail (yahoo mail). It isn't crashing in anything else. This is a recent problem. Any ideas why this in happening?

Using yahoo mail. Crashes when I am in it, either reading or sending mail. Recent problem, but I don't see any recent software updates, so not sure why it is happening. Also, it says I have the most recent version of Mozilla.

If you have submitted crash reports then please post the IDs of one or more recent crash reports that have a "bp-" prefix:

  • bp-xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You can find the IDs of the submitted crash reports on the about:crashes page.

  • You can open the about:crashes page via the location bar, like you open a website, or open the crash reports page via "Help > Troubleshooting Information".
