I am on a new computer away from home. I have my Firefox account and password, but do not know the recovery key for my account. I want to be able to access my bookmarks from home. When I try sync, they aren't loaded, it seems to be starting from scratch with the settings on this computer.

Sorry, you need that Recovery Key to be able to connect to your Sync account and to Sync that new PC.

If you already generated a new Recovery Key on that new PC using your current Sync account, all your data would have been wiped from your Sync account. If that s the case you'll need to connect your older PC to that account, with the new Recovery Key, to upload your data again, so make sure you Merge your data so that you don't lose it by Syncing your new PC's data (virtually no data) onto the older PC.
