Sometimes I get Firefox is running but cann't open, restart system,then I restart my PC and the problem is gone

Try just killing the Firefox or plugincontainer that is running instead of restarting the pc.

Why do you have two versions of Shockwave Flash shown as installed and also a shockwave for Director plugin.

You quite possibly do not need the Director plugin at all, and should only have the latest Flash Player plugiin installed.

(Note Internet Explorer will have a separate Flash Player plugin)
