Firefox n longer plays videos. All I get is a round white circle with an italicized letter f inside. It used to work. How can I fix this?

When I try to play videos, often all I get is a round white circle with the letter f inside. The video either will not play or all I get is the sound and no picture.I used to never have problems with Firefox and it is my preferred browser at home. Now I have to use Google Chrome instead. How do I fix this?

hi, this is probably caused by the flashblock extension that you might have installed: Disable or remove Add-ons
