I think Yahoo Finance use the Flash plugin for stock charts, so Flash is the likely culprit here. If this problem came on with the recent release of Flash 19, perhaps consider switching to the extended support release of Flash 18.

Adobe offers Flash 18.0.0.241 (with security updates) further down on this page: https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html -- it's the version for plugin-based browsers, and either the MSI or EXE format should work.

However, you might first need to remove Flash 19 before you can install an older version. This article has a link to the uninstaller: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/.../uninstall-flash-player-windows.html.
