I can log on to my 2nd gmail account on my phone, but not my desktop. I get no error message, just nothing.

From my primary gmail account, I try to open my second account, but when I click on it, this is what I get: https://accounts.google.com/ServiceLogin?passive=1209600&continue=https%3A%2F%2Fmyaccount.google.com%2F&authuser=0#Email=redacted

I can get on that email account on my phone, but not on the desktop (from either Firefox or Safari). Any ideas?

Log out of the first account before logging into the 2nd.

Or use MultiFox.. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/multifox/

Can you log into the account normally, i.e. without going through your primary account? If you can, then something goes wrong with the transition and it's more an issue with Gmail.

I would personally try refreshing to see if the process just got interrupted. Sometimes the magic of a new tab (open the second account's link in a new tab) works wonders. Other than that, I can't think of what to do on Firefox's end as I don't use Gmail.

PS. Are you using any privacy or security plugins and software that could interrupt the action? I only see LastPass, and I don't think it would cause an issue.
