How to sync configs partially

I found my firefox run slower and usually crash recently, maybe result from plugins or firefox settings.

Because I've use firefox for few years and change a lot of settings(including about:config), I can't tell which part of the config went wrong, so I want to backup the main setting of firefox and plugins often used, and discard all other non-use changes.

How can I do that without manually find and copy settings in profile folder?

Backup your Profile, then use the Refresh feature.

It works, but I still need to manually backup my plugin config(from old profile). Is there any better way to deal with it?

Plugins or extensions?

Plugins aren't installed inside of Firefox. They are usually with the program that installed the plugin or close by. And Registry keys provided by the plugin program are how Firefox 'sees' the plugin, so it can be used. So, each Plugin should appear automatically in the "Refreshed" Profile.

And if you are talking about "extensions", the 2nd hyperlinked support page about Refresh says this:

These items and settings will be removed: Extensions and themes, website permissions, modified preferences, added search engines, download history, DOM storage, security certificate and device settings, download actions, plugin settings, toolbar customizations, user styles and social features will be removed.

Extensions and themes will need to be reinstalled; or you need to drab them from the Old Firefox Data that is placed on the "Desktop" during the Refresh process. But - if you do that, you just might be re-introducing your original problems that brought about the need to so the Refresh to begin with.
