I am unable to upload my daughter's photo on the school online admission form despite taking care of image size restrictions.

The photo in question is a simple jpeg image of size 28.8 kB. I could upload using Chrome browser on Windows OS. But with Mozilla firefox on linux ubuntu, I tried several times, but failed. There is no problem with the school's website or the online application form.
