how can I import bookmarks into firefox android for a Samsung Tab S2 if there is NO "customize" option in the menu?

There seems to be no way for me to import my bookmarks from chrome or any other browser. All available advice instructs us to open settings, then choose customize. My menu has no such option. So...how in hell do I perform a function that should be a no-brainer?
