Just installed Thunderbird 45.2.0 Now I can't download any messages!??

Thunderbird was working fine today... Until I installed new version 45.2.0. Now I can't download any messages. I can send and forward messages successfully, but nothing will download. HELP please!

Thunderbird was working fine today... Until I installed new version TODAY 45.2.0. . I can send and forward messages successfully, but nothing will download. HELP please!

I TESTED THESE PROBLEM IN MY 3 DEVICES AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO SEND ANY MESSAGES

The above is the same problem I have. Will not download messages (emails). This problem exists on two different ISP's so I believe it is in the Thunderbird coding, not ISP. I get the below message in the uploaded image.
