the link sent me to a SPY WEBSITE!
Hi AngieMe, It is ok BrowserSpy.dk is a well known website and not malicious. Look at that site's page http://browserspy.dk/about/ If you want confirmation it has no malware see this report https://virustotal.com/en/url/cb433fdd3cbaecdd0443fe5a999f89cec425893b038475b513db9e111b9fa956/analysis/
Fred, The last link looks like it is old and the document has apparently been moved to
- Tech Tip Garbled Fonts Troubleshooting Guide. (Posted by creative On December 9th, 2006 ) http://www.creativetechs.com/tipsblog/garbled-fonts-troubleshooting-guide/
However that article promised solutions, and I no longer see those solutions. Links to that site and article seem to have little value now.
Hi AngieMe,
'Hope these two experts won't get angry at me, but have you tried:
3-bar menu > Options > Content > Fonts and colours
where you can change both fonts and colours .......
Thanks, John99. I don't use a Mac so I don't check those pages.
This is the last time I ask this before I go back to Chrome How do I get Firefox to change FONTS obviously the options to content to change fonts isn't working a obviously this is such a stupid problem to have IN ANY BROWSER that there are NO Helps for this. and yes this is a WINDOWS 7 since I posted this question under WINDOWS 7 and yes i have the latest version of Firefox
Hi AngieMe Sorry, I realise it is frustrating if you ask about a problem then do not get suitable answers.
However please realise Firefox will work well and as intended for most people. We can not see your computer or how you installed Firefox or use it we rely mainly on what you tell us.
Please could I ask you to try to describe the problem in a little more detail, possibly also attaching a screenshot. Presumably from your comment whatever the problem is with the fonts you see with Firefox it does not happen when you use Chrome. That at least is a clue that it is likely to be a problem with Firefox and with any luck something that should be easy to fix.
If when you attach a screenshot the problem is not strikingly obvious please either add comments to make it clear what is wrong, or maybe add a screenshot from Chrome (Please say which is which if it is not obvious).
- Please see How do I create a screenshot of my problem?
Note there is a clickable button under where you type replies
Add images: [Browse... ]
That is used to select a picture from your computer. The Windows snipping tool is probably what you need to use to take a sceenshot of a full or part screen.

How much more complicated do i have to make it to get an answer? Under Options Font is set to Arabic or Default Locale at Tahoma 9 Minimum font 9 other 9 but it displays at 72 just on webpages not on toolbars yes boxes are checked and unchecked and unchecked again!!!!!! I have tried every stupid answer listed and i have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and NOTHING CHANGES so I am going to have to go back to Chrome because your product can't handle FONT!!!!!!
A sceenshot may help but at least you have now given some more detail. Thank you. As we know what this forum is expected to look like a screenshot of how you see this would be good.
It may not be obvious to you but the web pages do not display at 72 for everyone. We do not know what add-ons you may have installed, although it appears you do have the Java plugin.
Could I please ask you to try in Firefox's safemode and with all plugins disabled by setting them temporarily as never activate The option to start in safemode is available by using
MenuButton {3bar icon) -> Help {(?) icon) -> Restart....
