"Due to inactivity, your session has expired. Please sign in again." I've gotten this before, but refreshing the screen always fixed it. This morning I've refreshed, restarted in safe mode, restarted the computer, still can't sign in. Can't sign in from my other laptop either. Error message says I can't delete or rename cookie files because they are open in Firefox. I'm in Windows 10. Thanks for any help.

Went away for an hour, tried to sign on again, this time it worked. Was the problem on the Mozilla end? Nothing I was able to change seemed to work, and when it worked, it wasn't because I had changed anything. It's a mystery to me.

It's possible the problem was a corrupt file that was overwritten.
