FDM "Free Download Manager" Integration with FireFox Browser?

I have FireFox 50.1.0, and I'm using a download manager accelerator called FDM "Free Download Manager" v.5 (the latest). I downloaded the FDM add-on extension. While for some sites, the integration works fine (the download moves to the manager NOT FireFox "normal" download bar). However, for other other sites the requires a click-to-load (e.g. rapidgator) it doesn't work (goes thru FireFox download bar instead).. appreciate your help in solving the problem..
