Hi,

I am not sure when the problem started since I am not a regular user of Instagram. I only used it randomly. Yesterday I discovered that when I click on an Instagram video, it won't load. The only way I can view an Instagram video is to copy the URL of the video to a new Firefox tab then it will load properly. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem? Thanks.

Hi all,

I just solved my issue accidentally. After I removed an old Firefox add on called "Quick Java", I have no issue viewing the videos on Instagram. However I am not sure whether the problem stem from the compatibility issue of the add on and the browser due to latest Firefox update, or the BItdefender that I installed, which has also been updated lately.
