Why is it I cannot log onto support using firefox but can using IE11
Have reset password as couldn't log on so requested password reset. Default browser is IE11 so return email defaulted to that. When the loaded and tried to logon to Firefox, it won't work.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? Error messages?
Simply displays error message
"Please enter a correct username and password. Note that both fields are case-sensitive."
Type about:preferences#security<enter> in the address bar.
Under Logins, Turn on Remember Logins. To check the passwords you have listed, press Saved Logins.
Make sure the information is correct. (Is there more than one ? )
If you still have problems, remove the entry so you can start over.
