I'd like to copy my Firefox logins from one machine to another. What file(s) do I copy from/to my profile folder? Is it, by any chance, logins.json and key3.db?

Yes, copying logins.json (encrypted logins) and key3.db (encryption keys) should be sufficient to transfer the passwords to another computer.
