I use the AOL desktop site for email on my Windows 10 machine. I recently switched to Quantum and in the past few days AOL has been unable to retrieve/display my email, although it works fine in MS Edge and also on my Android, both in the AOL app and on the AOL mobile site with Beta. So the problem seems specific to Quantum (not to AOL, Windows 10, the AOL desktop site, or other browsers). Can you help?

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0 with a Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Hi, thanks, I followed all of those instructions twice (just in case), but AOL still can't retrieve my mail. Any other actions I can take to solve this?

Fixed it! I restarted with add-ons disabled and AOL worked. I enabled one add-on at a time and retried AOL. Turns out it was NoScript (which updated to Quantum a week late, or about when my problem started).
