Every time I open Mozilla, my PC will freeze.
I have Mozilla Firefox last version 57 I think, and every time I open the browser my PC freezes.
It doesn't freezes right away, it may think minutes to hours, but it will certainly freeze.
Some time sit happens with other browsers opened, some times it happens just with Firefox opened. But it freezes.
I'm using Windows 10 Pro x64, Anniversary Update, I think. Build 1709. I also have Eset Smart Security 10 as my antivirus.

Did you try that in Safe Mode with Networking to see if the problem shows up there as well?

No, since it only happens when I open Firefox (I'm 100% sure). I think there's no need for that.
Then there is no help then.
Hi BadBird70,
Freezing could be caused by any number of things. Could you try the solutions in the following article, and see if any of them help: Firefox hangs or is not responding - How to fix

If you hold down the Shift key when starting Firefox, does the Safe Mode prompt appear?

Yes it does.
Great! We're making progress.
If you click on Start in Safe Mode, does your PC continue to work? If the problem does not occur in Safe Mode, then you can disable your extensions one-by-one until you find out which one is causing the problem. For more info, visit Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems.
If the problem continues in Firefox Safe Mode, click Refresh Firefox. For more information, see Reset Firefox preferences to troubleshoot and fix problems
Nothing wrong happens till now
If there is no problem with Firefox in Safe Mode,
It could be the work of one of your add-ons, or it could be Hardware Acceleration. How to disable Hardware Acceleration {web link}
Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> A)
In the Add-ons Manager, on the left, select Extensions. Disable a few add-ons, then Restart Firefox.
Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All Of them.
If the problem continues, disable some more (restarting FF). Continue until the problem is gone. After, you know what group is causing the issue. Re-enable the last group ONE AT A TIME (restarting FF) until the problem returns.
Once you think you found the problem, disable that and re-enable all the others, then restart again. Let us know who the suspect is, detective.
