I need to increase the font size in the menu bar, tabs, and dropdown menus (like bookmarks).

My eyesight is not what it used to be - I can barely read the words in the FF windows - the menu bars, tabs, and dropdown menus. It is especially a problem in the Bookmarks dropdown since the text tends to be longer. I have the most recent version of FF (63.0.3) and use W7.

I am aware of "zoom" function and use that for websites, but that doesn't change the issue with the elements of the FF frame.

Hello Anaya,

Maybe you'd like to give this add-on a try :

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/theme-font-size-changer/

And also take a look at this add-on (although I don't think it does what you want) :

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/nosquint-plus/?src=search

Any good  ?

You can set layout.css.devPixelsPerPx to 1.0 (default is -1) on the about:config page. Adjust its value in 0.1 or 0.05 steps (1.1 or 0.9) until icons or text looks right. Modifying layout.css.devPixelsPerPx affects user interface and web pages (global zoom). You can use an extension (NoSquint Plus) like posted above to correct the appearance of web pages.

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
