I have added Amazon Assistant to my extensions, but the "button" does not appear on toolbar.

Hi cwstier, I haven't tried that one myself.

If you go into "Customize" mode, can you see the icon in the "overflow" box for icons that don't fit on the main toolbar, or in the large panel of buttons available to add to the bar? See:
