Opening schedule invite event--description field no longer resizable

On invitations from Outlook that are accepted on TB, when I later open these events on my calendar, the Description field window is not resizable to display all of the content I want to see. Instead, there is a scrollbar and the Description field only displays about 7 lines at a time.

This behavior is different than if I were to schedule my own event with TB--I can resize the event dialog and see a scalable Description field.

This appears to be a REGRESSION. ALL invites used to behave the same.

See screehshot. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

perhaps you should file a bug report if you have found a regression. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/home

Thanks--I didn't know how to file a bug report.
