Email inbox in the Thunderbird App on my Android phone

I receive my freenet-mails in Thunderbird, using two accounts. On my laptop everything works fine, but on my mobile phone only for one of the 2 accounts. In the other, only a few (old) mails are loaded in the inbox. I cannot see mails older than Feb 25. In the other account I can see my entire email receiving history. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this? I want to have access to all old mails in both accounts. Thank you very much, Tina

Are the laptop accounts set up as POP or IMAP? If one of them is POP, and mail is deleted from the server after download (the default), then the phone won't see messages that were first accessed on the laptop.

To sync mail over all devices, accounts should be IMAP on all devices.
