"From" name not always showing
When I updated to V102.3.0 some of the emails listed do not show anything in the "From" column or the "Corrspondents" column. As you will see in the attached image I have selected one of these and the content at the bottom right shows a valid email address (office@scslandscapes.co.uk). I think the name only shows if the sender is in my address book

I eventually solved this myself. For the sake of anyone else who encounters the same problem:
Open Tools>>Settings>>General and scroll down to Display Name, then untick Show only display name for people in my address book
I have never deliberately changed this setting so can't explain how it got ticked in the first place

Have you tried right clicking the folder, selecting properties and then using the repair button?
What about Right click the folder and compact?
Either might fix it.

It is a default and has been since version 3 was released.

Additionally, if the field is blank, you have no entry in the displayname field of the address book. This is normally automatically populated when the entry is made.
