I created an add on theme by the name of cross-of-nails. I deleted it from the hub and it still is coming up every time I open Firefox. I have another theme enabled and this one is overriding it. How do I stop this?

Have you removed it from Firefox? Use the Add-ons and Themes page (ctl+shft+a) > Themes (in left panel).
