Thunderbird 15 builds unable to select multiple folders

more options

Build 115.4.2 (Windows x64 version) installed today and I found I was no longer able to select multiple folders in the left folder view to perform actions on. Neither CTL-click or SHIFT-click works. I tried rolling back to 115.4.1 and 115.3.3 but had the same problem. I finally reverted to pre-Supernova 102.15.1 and that fixed the problem. Any idea what the issue is with this operation in the newer builds?

Hello chris317 How could you go back to pre-Supernova 102.15.1 which fixed the problem in Thunderbird so you could mark many folders again. Is it in Thunderbird settings? . If yes how. Can I revert without losing the current configuration and data? Have you stopped updates in Thunderbird so you don't get version 115.4.2 (32bit) again. Is it in Thunderbird settings? If yes how. Best regards Kenneth Winther

Hello chris317 Thank you very much for an incredibly nice guide on going back to version 102.15.1 I have changed automatic update – now I have to approve myself. I am now running version 102.15.1 in Thunderbird. Super nice, now I can mark many folders at a time. The only problem was that it didn't take my calendar with it. But I have now had it done manually. If version 115.4.2 will one day work so that you can select more folders, then I can update to this version: I'm not sure I'll hear about it. If you do, please write to me. Thank you very much for your great help. Best regards Kenneth Winther
