I can receive emails but I can't send to anyone.

Since the email forum was modified I can only receive emails. When I try to send an email I get the notice: "Mozilla Thunderbird connections to Outgoing server failed." Please get me a solution for this. Any information that I want to send out now I have to fax. Which is very time consuming.
