0.0.0.1 è un indirizzo privato (verosimilmente quindi appartenente alla tua LAN). Perché venga aperto all'avvio di Firefox puoi capirlo solo tu in base a come è configurato il browser e la tua rete locale. Non è un comportamento standard.
