Cannot add email account to Thunderbird

For years I have had my Outlook account connected to Thunderbird. A few weeks ago I stopped getting my emails for the account with Thunderbird message saying it could not connect to the Outlook server. Nothing had changed and my sign in and password were correct. I decided to delete the Outlook email from TB and try to re-install it. Now I keep getting the error message that I have attached. I have no idea how to proceed.

MS sent messages to users about server changes. Try these: - incoming: outlook.office365.com, port 993, SSL/TLS, Oauth2 (assuming IMAP) - outgoing: smtp.office365.com, port 587, STARTTLS, Oauth2
