Firefox is blocking hyperlink download from email, can anyone help?

I am trying to download some music tracks I purchased. The download link is not enabled in any of the emails. They were re-sent, sent to another email address and the security settings on my email account are set to enable links sent through email. Someone suggested that Firefox is blocking the hyperlink. Can anyone help me?

You can copy the links in the email to the clipboard (select the link and use Ctrl + C) and paste (Ctrl + V) them in the Firefox location bar if you can't click them in the mail.
