everytime I go to leave a page or click on something this, this message appears and I cant find where to disable it. It just started today. Never did it before.

Do you have that problem when running in the Firefox SafeMode?
http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
Don't select anything right now, just use "Continue in SafeMode."
