I was customizing my Firefox whenI accidently unchecked the box that allows the top bar containing 'Files, View, Bookmarks, etc' to be visible. I'm trying to figure out how to bring that toolbar back up.

Your menu bar is hidden. Press F10 or Alt on you keyboard to make the menu bar temporarily appear. Then go to Tools > Toolbars and select the menu bar to make it permanently appear.
