I'm unable to click on my inbox in hotmail for some reason, it loads ok but I can't click anything in hotmail

Hotmail loads fine but for some reason when I try and click into the inbox nothing happens, it doesn't even acknowledge I've clicked anything!

Hi there. It looks like you're using an outdated version of Firefox (5.0.1). It might actually be that just upgrading Firefox will solve this problem, so let's start with that: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Updating%20Firefox - look for the manual check section.

Please reply back here if upgrading to 9.0 does not solve this problem with Hotmail (and Facebook). Good luck!
