Why am I unable to open or delete files from hotmail while using firefox browser

when I use Mozilla Firefox as my web browser it wont open or delete messages from my hotmail. If I switch to IE as my web browser everything works perfectly

-> Clear Cookies & Cache

-> Clear the Network Cache

-> Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems

-> Update All your Firefox Plugins

When Downloading Plugins Update setup files, Remove Checkmark from Downloading other Optional Softwares with your Plugins (e.g. Toolbars, McAfee, Google Chrome, etc.)

Check and tell if its working.
