firefox 8.0 compatibility issues with NIS 2012

I have just installed NIS 2012 and NIS features (Identity Safe logins, Safe Web icons, toolbar) are not functioning in FF 8.0.

These are all working in IE and worked in FF 8.0 with NIS 2011 which was previously installed.

Please advise. Thanks!
